hello,
Meet Anabel
Hi, I'm Anabel.
Realtor · Anabel & Co. Realty · Keller Williams Legacy · Apex, NC
Most people find me in the middle of something big. A job change. A relocation from three states away. A house that stopped fitting about two kids ago.
What they need isn't a salesperson. It's someone who will tell them the truth, run the actual numbers, and stay in it until the thing is done. That's the job. I take it seriously, and I make it fun where I can.
Why me
Sixteen years, 587 closings, and a license I earned by getting restless.
I've been licensed since 2015 and I've been part of 587 closings. Before that I spent four years in new home sales and sold about ninety homes on the builder side, which is why I read a builder's contract differently than most agents. I know what's negotiable, what's padding, and what an incentive is actually worth.
I grew up in North Carolina, built a career in Indiana, and moved back during Covid. My Indiana license is in referral status these days, so if you're coming from the Midwest I can hand you off to someone I actually trust on that end and stay with you on this one.
And I've personally owned six homes. So when I say I know what this feels like. The second-guessing, the spreadsheet at midnight, the offer you're not sure about. I'm not being polite. I've sat exactly where you're sitting, six times.
What you can expect
Three things you'll get, every time.
Straight talk
If a house has a problem, I'll tell you. If your price is wrong, I'll show you the comps and walk you through why. You'll never wonder what I actually think. That's not a service I withhold.
Numbers, not vibes
Every recommendation comes with the data behind it. Pricing, offer strategy, whether to walk away. You'll understand the reasoning, not just the recommendation, because informed clients make better decisions.
Read the whole contract. Twice.
I stay on top of the details at a level that occasionally annoys the agent on the other side of the transaction. Inspections, appraisal, lender, closing. You should be thinking about your move, not chasing paperwork.
The short version

Reviews
Kind words from great people.
She advocated hard for us without burning the bridge.
“We struck gold when we got referred to Anabel. We were buying from out of state and she was incredible at guiding us through what could have been a really tricky situation. She advocated for our best interests, but in a way that respected our sellers and let us keep a great relationship with them.”
— Cheryl Cornish· out-of-state buyer
She got us out of a bad inspection and made us whole.
“Our inspection revealed significant structural problems that were not disclosed as material fact. Having moved from out of state, we were not wise to the nuances of buying in NC. Anabel helped facilitate us backing out and making us whole, financially. She is unmatched in her technical expertise and negotiation skills.”
— Lily Valenzuela· relocated to the Triangle
She knew exactly how to craft an offer that would get accepted.
“She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and endlessly patient. We looked at many homes and she never rushed us, always arriving prepared with detailed research and honest feedback on every property. When it came time to put in an offer, Anabel's strategic advice was invaluable.”
— Jered Hansen· relocated from out of state
She expertly guided us around many pitfalls.
“We were moving from the West Coast and lacked familiarity with the area. We can't emphasize enough how critical her guidance was in directing us to a home that met our affordability and preferences. Over months we looked at many, many homes all over the Raleigh area. She earned our total confidence.”
— Laurie & Donald McEnery· Wake Forest, NC
